The guidelines below are simply an overview of the format in use.
ARTICLE TITLE
♦ The title shouldn't be too long. Ranging from 3 to 8 words, try to keep it short and sweet
♦ Title should be Keyword Optimized
ARTICLE
♦ We prefer to justify text than keeping it left aligned
♦ If text appears to be towards the left, we right indent it for clear visibility
♦ We use the following seperator for dividing article into sections:
ARTICLE IMAGES
♦ The width of the top banner is 625 pixels. If you don’t know how to edit an image, please use a top banner with width more than 625 pixels. We will edit it to the right size
♦ The height of the top banner should be atleast 300 pixels. It can go upto 900 pixels. We require image with a good height because the post is shared on a number of publishing portals where the image needs to be displayed prominently. For ex. Pinterest, StumbleUpon and others.
♦ We sometimes border top banner images to uplift their face value
♦ We prefer PNG over JPG images

♦ The article should contain one or more primary keywords of our blog - HR, HR Success, HR Guide, HR Success Guide, Human Resources, Top HR Blog, HR Leadership Blog, Best HR Blog, Most Awarded HR Blog, Human Resource Management, Leadership, Women Leadership
♦ We use Jump Break (Read More Button) for articles with more than 300 words. We use it to give equal consideration (300 Words) to our writers as well as to display more posts on our pages
