Standards

HR Success Guide

We do adhere to standards that make us what we are today. Here they are:

UK English: We had to decide between US or UK English and we opted for the latter. One of the main reason for this is because many websites refer these two conventions as American English and English in use by the Rest of the World. We decided to go with the masses and adopt the convention that is in use by the rest of the world.

How does this impact our Authors and Guest Writers? We run spell check before publishing the post. The spell check verifies all words and sentences for using correct UK English.

Time Zone (GMT+0): We had to decide a uniform time zone for our blog posts as well as for all our social media platforms. As the blog caters to global readers we decided to follow the GMT time zone precisely GMT + 0 which is the UK (London) time zone.

How does this impact our Authors and Guest Writers? Irrespective of where you are located all your posts on the blog and on our social media platforms will be as per the GMT+0 UK (London) Time Zone. You can accordingly calculate your local time depending on which part of the world you are writing for us.
