recruitment, especially contract staffing, is usually done from time to time,

can easily and successfully be taken care of.

granting benefits and compensations to employees through strategic means of
compensating employees to bring a balance between their work and family. If
this is done properly, they will be happy with their works and will be
committed to staying on it for long.
